Salary Range: from $31.25 $42 per hour depending on experience
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
We are currently seeking to hire a fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse at North Branch Correctional Institution located in Cumberland Maryland.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Available Shifts: Fulltime evening shift three 12hr shifts rotating weekends
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
