Job Description
1 Resource Group is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to join our dynamic team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role you will ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and standards while supporting the production of highquality semiconductor products. Your dedication to maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment.
- SemiConductor experience
- Perform routine cleaning and decontamination of cleanroom surfaces and equipment.
- Assist in the setup of cleanroom operations including equipment installation and validation.
- Document and track cleanroom activities such as maintenance cleaning schedules and compliance audits.
- Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Support production staff in adhering to cleanroom regulations and protocols.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding cleanroom conditions to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
