As a marketing executive youll work with a crossfunctional team to design implement and monitor marketing strategies to grow the companys brand and funnel metrics.

Job Title: Lead MarketingSpecialist
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy :Leadthe development and of comprehensive marketing strategies alignedwith company objectives to enhance brand awareness customer acquisition andrevenue growth.
2. Campaign Management:Plancoordinate and oversee all marketing campaigns with an emphasis on mediabuying and paid campaigns on social media ensuring timely delivery and optimalimpact. Drive campaign management efforts across the company.
3. Content Development:Collaboratewith internal teams to create compelling and engaging content for variousmarketing channels including digital social media and traditional platforms.Lead content strategies across all marketing channels and oversee contentdevelopment efforts.
4. Brand Management:Safeguardand enhance the companys brand image ensuring consistency in messaging acrossall channels. Lead brand management efforts across the company.
5. Market Analysis: Conductmarket research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitivethreats. Provide insights to inform strategic decisionmaking. Lead marketanalysis efforts across the company.
6. Budget Management: Responsible for the marketing budget ensuring effective allocation ofresources to achieve maximum ROI particularly in media buying and social mediacampaigns. Lead budget management efforts across the company.
7. CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with sales product developmentprincipal/channel marketing teams and outsourcing vendors to align marketingefforts with overall company objectives. Lead crossfunctional collaborationefforts across the company.
8. Event Marketing:Planand execute trade shows and events marketing initiatives leveraging industryrelationships and opportunities to enhance the companys presence. Lead eventmarketing efforts across the company.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in MarketingBusiness or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
8 to 10 years of provenexperience in marketing with a focus on strategy management and leadership.
Demonstrated success indeveloping and leading the implementation of effective marketing campaignsespecially in media buying and paid social media campaigns.
Strong leadership and teammanagement skills. Proven experience in managing a team of marketingspecialists.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in collaborating withcrossfunctional teams and outsourced vendors.
Analytical mindset with theability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proven experience inconducting market research and analysis.
Familiarity with the latesttrends and technologies in marketing.
High preference for candidateswith experience in IT consulting or ERP SaaS products.
Proven track record in tradeshows and events marketing.
