Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer for a 6month contract based east of Perth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team supporting and optimizing network and communication infrastructure within a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support configure and maintain Genesys PureConnect and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco networking and Fortinet firewall environments.
Utilise ServiceNow for incident management and workflow automation.
Monitor and optimize network performance ensuring high availability and security.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to deliver efficient network solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Network Engineer.
Strong handson experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Expertise in Cisco Networking; Routing and Switching and Fortinet firewall administration.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Genesys PureConnect is highly advantageous.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Relevant certifications: CCNA essential CCNP or Higher is preferred.
