Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative Are you looking for a great company to grow with If so then we have an exciting opportunity at Meyer for you to make an impact in a strong growing Workplace Solutions Company.
As a Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with the companys customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This is a fulltime based in Stratford CT offers flexibility for some hybrid work.
- Interacts with customers via telephone email online chat or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries complaints or comments.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn product service or area of customer service specialization
- Additional duties as assigned
- This is a temporary 12week role with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. However there are no guarantees of permanent employment.
