Purpose of Role (the objective of the role)
To provide administrative support to the Lettings Team namely dealing with telephone queries liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis providing excellent customer care and key administration support to the team as required.

Several years previous experience in a busy Property/Lettings administrative environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent organisational prioritisation and planning skills.
Computer literate.
Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the companys reputation.
Exceptional communication skills.
Wellpresented and professional appearance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
