Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Veterinarian you will:

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on a variety of animals including dogs cats rabbits and birds.
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
  • Administer medications and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical procedures and other medical treatments as necessary.
  • Consult with clients regarding their pets health provide recommendations and offer educational guidance on care.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California (or have the ability to obtain licensure).
  • Possess a compassionate and patientcentered approach to working with animals and clients.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Have excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and work effectively with the team.
