We are seeking an M&A Associate with 46 years of experience to join our team in Seattle WA. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A skills including experience drafting and negotiating deal documents managing client relationships supervising junior associates and handling a variety of M&A matters for clients with sophisticated needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary M&A documents.
- Manage the deal process and client relationships throughout transactions.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates.
- Handle daytoday demands on various M&A matters for clients with complex needs.
Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in M&A law.
- Proven ability in drafting negotiating and managing M&A transactions.
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
- Excellent communication organizational and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual pay range: $310000 $390000 (dependent on experience and location).
