Job Description
Job Title:Per Diem RN Visit Nurse Home Care andCommunity Health
Company: Home Health Care Inc.
Schedule Option #1:Saturdays Only (can be everyother)
Schedule Option #2:1 Weekday of your choice and 1Weekend per month.
Pay:$40 $44 per visit.
Mileage reimbursement between clients!
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients health status including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care infection control and other necessary medical interventions.
- Educate patients and families on disease management medication administration and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Assist with home community care services ensuring a safe environment for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy internal medicine infection control practices and critical care transport protocols.
- Experience in home community care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with sonography ophthalmology procedures CT scans and dialysis processes is a plus.
- Ability to perform vital sign assessments accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patientcentered care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient cases effectively.
