Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all inventory management processes including receiving storing tracking and shipping materials and products.
- Ensure accurate data entry and inventory tracking in Odoo ERP experience with Odoo is a HUGE plus!.
- Follow and enforce strict protocols and procedures including SOPs to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Handle receiving of raw materials for production verifying quality and accuracy before stocking.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) accuracy for inventory and order fulfillment.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse or storage area.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products as necessary during inventory checks or restocking.
- Assist in manufacturing operations when needed including:
- Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Weighing batching adjusting scales packaging and encapsulating
- Following proper sanitization and cleaning protocols to prevent crosscontamination.
- May assist in the shipping department to pick pack and ship finished goods accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and detailed records for all inventory transactions.
- Ensure a clean safe and efficient work environment in compliance with industry regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management receiving and logistics preferably in food dietary supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Handson willdo attitude must be proactive and ready to take ownership.
Experience working with a large catalog of SKUs is a must.
Basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and inventory tracking.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and systems.
Clear and concise communication skills for coordination with different departments.
Ability to take initiative and lead in process improvements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Odoo ERP is a PLUS PLUS!
