Job Description
Job Title: Oracle HCM/HR Module Expert
Location: Mostly Remote (Occasional travel to Austin TX required)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oraclie HCM expert to join our dynamic tearn. In this role you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Oracle Cloud platform solutions to support our HR and HCM functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracie HCM and handson experience with Oracle Cloud configurations architecture OCI and Oracle Analytics backed by at least 10 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle HCM/HR Module Management:
Lead the configuration implementation and optimization of Oracie HCM solutions ensuring they meet business needs and best practices
Cloud Platform Configuration:
Design and architect Oracle Cloud platform configurations to deliver robust and scalable solutions tailored to HR processes .
Integration & Analytics:
Leverage Oracle Analytics and OCI to support datadriven decision making and system integrations .
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between systems and provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM solutions.
Travel Requirements: Participate in occasional onsite meetings and collaboration sessions in Austin TX
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in HR systems with a strong focus on Oracle HCM and related cloud technologies.
Expertise in Oracle HCM:
Demonstrable experience managing and implementing Oracle HCM modules.
Cloud Platform Proficiency:
Proven background in Oracle Cloud platform configurations architecture OCI and Oracle Analytics.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Ability to design scalable solutions and work effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working collaboratively in both remote and onsite settings.
