We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Corporate Architect to lead the endtoend architecture strategy and modernization of Oracle EBS modules including HRMS Financials and SCM. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in onpremise and cloudbased Oracle solutions integrations with thirdparty systems and cloud migration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle EBS Architecture & Strategy
- Lead enterprisewide architecture design for Oracle EBS (HRMS Financials SCM) across onpremises cloud and hybrid models.
- Develop migration roadmaps from legacy EBS to Oracle Cloud (OCI/Fusion).
- Design and implement integrations with thirdparty applications (payroll CRM BI tools).
HR & ERP Functional Expertise
- HR Focus: Configure and optimize Oracle HRMS Payroll Talent Management and Benefits.
- ERP Focus: Implement Financials (GL AP AR FA) Procurement and Inventory Management.
- Streamline SCM processes including Order Management Costing and Manufacturing.
Cloud Integration & Modernization
- Architect solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM ERP Cloud and OCI services.
- Implement cloud integrations using PaaS/SaaS tools like OIC VBCS and ATP.
- Migrate legacy customizations to cloudnative platforms such as Oracle Redwood UX.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX GDPR) and establish security frameworks.
- Implement rolebased access control (RBAC) data encryption and audit trails.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor technical and functional teams providing architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (HR Finance Operations) to align business needs with technology solutions.
Requirements
- Technical: Oracle EBS R12.2 Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP SQL PL/SQL BI Publisher Workflow Builder ADF.
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs Oracle SOA Suite Dell Boomi.
- Functional: Strong understanding of HR (payroll talent management) and ERP workflows (GL AP AR).
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management crossfunctional collaboration and the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Certifications: Oracle EBS Certified Expert OCI Architect or Cloud HCM Specialist.
- Experience: 8 years in Oracle EBS implementation/architecture 3 years in cloudbased architecture (OCI AWS Azure).
