Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team at The M&A Advisor. As a Telesales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of services including event tickets awards nominations online community memberships and other offerings to M&A professionals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the M&A industry.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling email campaigns and networking.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead progression and sales activities.
2. Consultative Selling:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs challenges and objectives.
Present and articulate the value proposition of our events awards and online community.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client and foster longterm relationships.
3. Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone.
Highlight the benefits of participating in our events awards programs and online community.
Address client inquiries objections and concerns effectively.
4. Closing Deals:
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales conversions and achieve set targets.
Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Secure commitments from clients to participate in events nominate for awards and join the online community.
5. Relationship Management:
Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth of client commitments.
6. Market Intelligence:
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitors and emerging opportunities.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings.
Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Proven track record of success in telesales or inside sales preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
Familiarity with the M&A industry and a genuine interest in networking and business development.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in telesales inside sales or related roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
English mastery of C2 required

Education
A bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field is preferred.
