Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Nursing & Rehab Center. The LPN will provide highquality nursing care to residents support daily medical needs and ensure a compassionate residentcentered approach to healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration wound care and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with RNs CNAs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
- Document patient progress report changes in condition and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal nursing regulations and facility policies.
