Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Data Clerk to join our team. The Data Clerk will play a crucial role in managing updating and maintaining our organizations data systems. This position requires a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work efficiently with large sets of data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering verifying and ensuring the accuracy of data while also managing file documentation. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate seamless data flow and support data analysis initiatives. Strong computer skills particularly in database systems and spreadsheet software are essential for success in this role. Additionally the Data Clerk must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment. The Data Clerk position presents an exciting opportunity for those looking to further their careers in data management and administration within a supportive and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:Enter and update data into the company database and ensure its accuracy.Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data as required by management.Assist with data entry for new projects and maintain project documentation.Collaborate with other departments to support their data needs and initiatives.Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance in data analysis when needed.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and database management software.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data input.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and problemsolving abilities.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.PAYRATE: $21.20 $31.41 Hourly
