Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Information Input Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Information Input Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into our systems. This position requires exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting verifying and updating data from various sources including documents spreadsheets and databases. If you are passionate about data accuracy and organizational efficiency we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.Responsibilities:Enter verify and update data in the companys databases and systems.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.Perform data validation checks to detect and correct errors as needed.Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for physical and digital data.Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.Generate reports as required to support various departments and projects.Assist in training new staff on data entry procedures and software usage.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel; experience with database management systems is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.PAYRATE: $22.40 $32.70 Hourly
