Job Description
Job Title: Data & Insights Specialist
Key Position Responsibilities
Ensure that customer and item master are optimized
Monitor and evaluate various data sources including representatives tracking cold room and freezer loggers sales data delivery statistics media statistics market pricing etc for insight generation.
Maintains centralized document management system for commercial department ensuring reports are accurate relevant and maintained.
Monitor database performance and interpreting raw data and turning it into usable feedback and application.
Set up standardized reports for the department and assist special data requests
Design database systems and management tools.
Install update and maintain computer databases.
Create customized reports maintain centralized document systems and implement robust data security protocols
Assess database performance by developing protocols to measure results and identify problem areas.
Secure database by preparing access and control policies and procedures and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
Support application design by contributing expertise to operations and technical teams.
Deliver high impact insights to drive business growth.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Data is accurate realtime and reconciles across the business
Data is used for insights and actioned by the responsible people
Inefficiencies and duplication in data collection and reporting is eliminated

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in business administration Computer Science or related field database architecture or information technology.
Microsoft Certified data analyst or SQL certifications Power BI or Tableau certification.
67 years experience in data management analysis and reporting proficient in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize business operations.
Experienced in integrating diverse database systems and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision making.
Committed to excellence and aligning with company objectives while fostering a data driven culture.
