Job Summary
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our clients advanced sealing solutions to meet diverse customer needs within Malaysia. This role involves analyzing customer requirements applying sales excellence strategies and achieving sales and profit targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent communication skills and a proven track record
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth and Profitability: Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets within the assigned territory.
- Key Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to expand current business and generate new opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify research and develop prospective target customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Provide timely market feedback customer trends and competitive information to support marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries negotiate pricing and delivery terms and secure sales orders to meet targets.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Ensure alignment between sales customer service supply chain manufacturing and quality control to deliver exceptional customercentric account management.
- New Product and Customer Opportunities: Proactively seek and identify new product and customer opportunities within key target segments (Oil & Gas Fluidpower Semiconductor).
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with rubber/plastic products seals and bearings is highly desirable.
- Application knowledge within specific segments such as Automotive Fluidpower or Semiconductor is a significant advantage.
- Strong customerdriven approach with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent negotiation communication convincing and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency commitment drive and resourcefulness.

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Channel sales experience with industrial products such as Air Compressors, Dryers or other similar equipment. Driving license & own vehicle.
