Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Experience: 7 years as an Oracle Developer with proven expertise in Oracle SQL PL/SQL performance tuning and database design.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Oracle database architecture strong SQL/PLSQL programming skills and excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field. Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable Oracle database solutions including schema tables indexes and stored procedures.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries PL/SQL code and database functions to ensure topnotch performance and high availability.
- Database Maintenance & Security: Perform routine maintenance tasks like backups restores and upgrades and ensure robust security measures for sensitive data.
- Project Leadership: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver database solutions on time and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Oracle technologies recommending enhancements to improve database functionality performance and security.

Core Functional Knowledge/Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Process Modeling) Familiarity with agile tools and practices, such as user stories, sprints, and product backlogs. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Competencies/Behavior: Positive, self-motivated, and confident with a proactive approach to problem-solving Goal-oriented and committed to achieving exceptional results Comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive business environment Adaptable to change and able to maintain composure under pressure Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Minimum requirements: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master) Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software development projects. Proven experience working in an agile environment Experience in specifying requirements for custom-developed projects is essential. Minimum of 2 years experience assisting with scrum master duties.
