Technical Sales & Service Representative
Location: 21500 Gibralter Road Flat Rock MI USA 48134
Job Type: 1Year Contract W2

Summary of key duties and responsibilities
The Technical Sales & Service Representative is responsible for the effective and efficient performance of PPG products for the customer. The incumbent will monitor systems and processes data collection and maintenance use of color and appearance instrumentation paint film measurements perform vehicle audits initiate problemsolving resolutions and effectively communicate with all levels in both the PPG and customer organizations.
Work environment
The incumbent will provide technical sales and service support to the customer in an automotive assembly plant environment at the Stellantis Paint Shop in Toledo Ohio.
Functional / technical skills
- 35 years in a technical setting or automotive assembly plant environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Waterborne basecoat Solventborne clearcoat Powder and Electrocoat technology experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
Educational or required work experience
- Required: High school degree and related work experience.
- Desired: College degree in chemistry general science or a related discipline.
Work schedule
- Monday Friday with possible weekend overtime.
- Ability to work weekend overtime is required.
- Starts with 2nd shift: 10hour shifts 5 PM 3 AM).
