We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Lead to Join our Digital Experience team which leads the vision and implementation of next generation global digital and data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda leading all Digital and Data product initiatives and is intended to manifest as components of Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale.
Tasks can be performed remotely and do not require inperson attendance.
Your mission:
As the Dynamics 365 Solution Lead you will be part of the Digital Experience team to design monitor and roll outs solutions to support CRM & Digital Experience vision. You will conceptualize & design the platform collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (IT business units marketing BI) to deliver value.
Your day to day with us:
- Understand customer expectations pain points and expected outcomes and envision the best possible solution based on the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft solution stack.
- Define the solution architecture and estimate the cost and schedule for the implementation of the solution
- Take accountability for the technical architecture implementation knowledge and documentation.
- Provide technical architecture design guidance during the Project Lifecycle
- Accountable for the quality of requirements solution design and ability to guide the team through the build lifecycle to deliver a solution.
- Good understanding of the interdependencies between requirements and technical approach required to bring together different components of our IT stack
- Review Dynamics 365 releases to identify impacts on our implementation ensure best practices and proactive technical risk assessment.
- Define guidance and functional/technical governance aligned with Microsoft best practices
Requisitos
- Bachelor s degree in computer science software design management information systems engineering or a related field desired
- Good understanding of delivery process and delivery tools like Azure Dev Ops
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Voice
- Strong overall knowledge of both the functional and technical aspects of D365
- 3 yrs experience in specialization such as Senior Developer or Solution Architect
- 5 yrs experience in CRM Project Implementation
- Power Platform Certifications: fundamentals Functional Consultant or Solution Architect
- Proven history of delivering results on time within budget and with high level of
- A creative optimist and selfstarter who brings energy and enthusiasm to the work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
