The Partners Product Manager develops and executes the strategic vision for our Partners platform and digital products regularly engaging with IBs to understand their needs while translating these insights into valuable digital solutions that empower partners to grow their businesses. This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that balances quick wins with longterm growth initiatives while effectively managing stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on product strategy roadmap priorities and the development of scalable solutions that drive measurable partners success.

As ourPartnerships Product Manageryour key responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Develop a product strategy focused on digital solutions that empower and enable our Partners (IBs) to grow their business with Pepperstone.
  • Maintain a product roadmap including quick wins and long term growth initiatives
  • Implement product tracking solutions to understand customer behaviour and optimise in market solutions based on findings
  • Conduct interviews with current and prospective clients to maintain a pulse on the needs and demands of the global partner community
  • Work with UX/Design to create product prototypes to test opportunities and gain consensus on product direction
  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to deliver intuitive scalable solutions that drive IB success.
  • Manage stakeholders of multiple levels to maintain a continued understanding of the product strategy roadmap and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments including but not limited to Sales Marketing CX to ensure Go to market activities are in place to activate the new products and features.
  • Continuously review competitor offerings to ensure Pepperstone is at the forefront and is prepared to answer to a new competitor offering or feature

About you

  • 5 years of product management experience with demonstrable experience in CFD/FX trading
  • Strong background in working with introducing brokers or retail trading partnerships
  • A strong track record of developing digital solutions that serve introducing brokers and other growth partners
  • Experience in managing products within regulated financial environments including an understanding of how regulatory requirements affect IB operations
  • Proven ability to gather and translate partner needs into valuable product initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with IBs and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of different IB business models and revenue structures
  • Comfortable working in global / multitime zone environment
  • Ability to live the Pepperstone values
