Raleigh Emergency Medicine Associates (REMA) is currently recruiting additional EM experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our group. Raleigh Emergency Medicine Associates (REMA) is a stable independent twentynine physician democratic emergency medicine group that currently employs ten advance practice providers. We staff REX UNC Healthcare Emergency Department in Raleigh North Carolina as well as the UNC REX Holly Springs Emergency Department in Holly Springs North Carolina.
UNC Rex Raleigh is a full service 450 bed hospital with nearly 70000 ED visits per year.
UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital is a 75 bed hospital with ED visits approaching 35000 per year.
REMA provides a collegial team approach to patient care where we foster an inclusive environment for our NPs who are an integral part of our group. You will work together with our physician providers and have ample opportunity for independent practice with physician oversight immediately available if needed to enhance and enrich your career in emergency medicine. Broad coverage in our department with scheduling flexibility allows longevity in the career of emergency medicine. We exclusively staff UNC Rex affiliated hospitals which are in Raleigh and Holly Springs NC thus allowing a short local commute for our providers.
