The Role:
Our site in Billerica MA is seeking a/an Product Management CoOp to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Product management is a multifaceted role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at guiding a product from conception to market. At its core product management involves understanding customer needs and market trends to define a product vision and strategy. In this role you will learn how to be a bridge between various teams ensuring that the product not only meets customer expectations but also aligns with the overall business objectives.

What Youll Do:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Assist in the development and prioritization of the product roadmap.
Support the product launch process including marketing and sales enablement.
Analyze product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
Create and maintain product documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Help coordinate user testing sessions and gather insights for product enhancements.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging technologies relevant to the product.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
Engineering would be top choice but would entertain other majors depending on experience. Other fields include: Business Administration Marketing or Computer Science.
Graduation date of December 2025 Spring 2026

Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week MF 8a5p) beginning in July through December
Must be familiar with the universitys requirements to participate in a coop program

Compensation: $20$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
