The Amazon Pay Global Marketing team is seeking an organized innovative and technically apt Marketing Operations (Ops) Manager to streamline the way we bring diverse and powerful communication to our customers. The Marketing Operations Manager will design build manage and improve marketing leads flows processes and attribution to deliver high quality marketing experiences to our customers. The successful candidate is a selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating crossfunctional stakeholders with strong attention to detail and who strives in a fastpaced environment.
Key job responsibilities Own and manage operational workflows and projects queue for releasing communication campaigns streamlining the way the marketing team executes integrated campaigns and ensuring a high bar on deliverables. Streamline lead management segmentation scoring and lead handoff processes on our marketing automation tool Manage relationships with external partners and vendors facilitate knowledge sharing and serve as the primary point of contact for all crossfunctional marketing technologyrelated inquiries and issues. Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies (e.g. marketing automation CRM analytics) to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness and collaborate with engineering teams to oversee their implementation and integration. Develop training materials and SOPs train and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of marketing tools by the marketing team. Partner closely with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to holding a high bar for marketing attribution and pipeline health.
