About The Role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to drive impactful transformation for the Partner Sales Organization. This highimpact role is suited for a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture who is looking to make a strategic contribution to Cloudflares Partner strategy and . As a senior architect youll play a pivotal role in collaborating with Partner Operations Sales and Marketing teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that support Partner Sales on a global level.

In this position you will be responsible for leading multiple complex workstreams and overseeing the technical delivery of solutions that enhance and optimize channel sales processes enable valuable pipeline reporting and transform the overall experience for Cloudflares Partners. You will be instrumental in transforming systems and processes to align with new routes to market and scaling Cloudflares channel ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is selfmotivated thrives in environments requiring a high degree of autonomy and is driven by the opportunity to shape highgrowth initiatives within a fastpaced organization.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seniorlevel Salesforce Architect specializing in Go To Market systems & processes. This role requires advanced expertise in designing implementing and optimizing Salesforce processes that support a complex partner ecosystem including areas such as partner sales deal registration quoting and order management. A significant focus will be placed on building a robust Partner 360 view to provide actionable insights into partner influence enabling effective business planning and compliance management. You will lead efforts to streamline opportunity paths and integrate upstream and downstream processes ensuring seamless endtoend experiences from deal registration to order fulfillment and syncing with external financial systems like NetSuite RevPro Stripe and Entitlement Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to partner sales models with a focus on global scalability and partner impact.
  • Optimize opportunity stages specific to partner deals continuously aligning systems and processes with business needs.
  • Oversee the setup configuration and integration of Partner Portals facilitating streamlined deal registration Partner 360 insights and partner relationship management.
  • Architect endtoend solutions for partner quoting and order management including syncing orders with financial systems like NetSuite for accurate and efficient processing.
  • Develop advanced modules within Salesforce for business planning compliance and partner engagement to enhance the overall partner experience.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration with IT SalesOps Finance and other teams to optimize processes that bridge partner customer and financial workflows.
  • Ensure scalability of the Salesforce platform to accommodate growth and align with evolving partner and channel sales strategies.
  • Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators establishing best practices for partner sales architecture.
  • Design solutions for data integration and synchronization between Salesforce and thirdparty systems including NetSuite to support seamless data flows and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with specialization in Partner/Channel and Alliances Sales processes.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture including Opportunity Paths Deal Registration Partner Portals Partner 360 views and Salesforce PRM.
  • Strong expertise in upstream and downstream Salesforce processes including quoting order management and integration with ERP systems like NetSuiteStripeRev Pro etc.
  • Experience in designing partnerspecific solutions including business planning compliance management and channel sales automation.
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs middleware and data sync tools.
  • Deep understanding of how Channel QuotingPricingConfigurationsPrice Lists and Order management including contracting process works within the Salesforce /CRM Platform
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to design scalable highperformance solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ Community Cloud compliance management and NetSuite integration.
  • Familiarity with consumptionbased pricing models and channel sales incentive programs.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado Illinois Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $176000 $215000.
  • For New York City Washington Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $194000 $237000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $202000 $246000.
