Job Description
The recruiter role is a part time day position. Will be up to 20 hours a week.
Hourly pay rate: $17.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities of this position include:
Manage job boards and postings for all internal positions
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Conduct and setup candidate phone screens phone interviews and onsite interviews for all departments
Complete background checks
Negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements of this position include:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of: Principles and practices of HR management and compliance
Successful previous experience in the onboarding process job boards and HR compliance
Exhibited ability to communicate present and influence employees at all levels of the organization
Professionalism and confidentiality
Demonstrated skills including active listening meticulous attention to detail and organization and making sound decisions
Selfdirected
