Job Description
Are you looking for a role with a software company that has the pace and energy of a start up If so this is the role for you! We seek the skill and talent of a qualified Accountant to join our customer a company has an enviable track record of success and has grown rapidly since entering the New Zealand market.
Skills and experience required include:
- Tertiary qualification in either Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3years experience in accounting or finance roles
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Experience with Smart Payroll or similar and a good understanding of payroll legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with forecasting and budget preparation
- New Zealand citizenship or residency and must currently live in New Zealand
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the New Zealand energy market
- Experience working in the software sector
- German language skills
