Job Description
What you do
- You are Lead of a crossfunctional engineering team and take responsibility for developing testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product 70 management 30 coding)
- You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture
- You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow
- You ensure highquality maintainable code with code reviews CI/CD and agile development processes
- You help in managing our cloud environments including AWS and CI/CD
Who you are
- You have 6y technical experience in backend development and building APIs
- You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
- You have good understanding of Docker AWS and services around it
- You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- You have strong management and leadership skills with a proven track of record in leading teams
- You have experience with distributed teams as a plus
