Job Description
We are looking to hire resourceful analysts in the Fraud team to investigate activity for all types of digital and electronic risk.
In this role you will research transactions and digital interactions with U.S. Bank.
To be a successful fraud analyst you should have excellent investigative techniques knowledge of the banking industry and be digitally engaged with mobile and online applications.
A topnotch fraud analyst should be able to work quickly sometimes under pressure and have meticulous attention to details.
Your responsibilities
Monitor account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations
Secure accounts to prevent losses
Work with internal departments to validate that charges are authorized
Work with Merchants to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent activity
Maintain Merchant processing statistics and records.
Our requirements
Excellent English (C1
Relevant work experience
Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Welldeveloped ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Good atmosphere at work and comfortable working environment
Hybrid working model
Openness to work in shift pattern from Monday to Friday 8 AM 4 PM).
