Rate: 43.78 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Liverpool City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Neighbourhood Adults Social Work Team.
What will your responsibilities be
You will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team responsible for safeguarding support planning and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying individual needs through assessment planning and codesigning individual support plans and ensuring regular monitoring and reviews of support plans are carried out. You will be responsible for social work provision including managing your own caseload while maintaining the reputation of the Department and Council and complying with national and service procedures and guidance.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
