We have a huge opportunity for a certified flat rate technician! This facility is the largest GM dealer in the area. We have a loyal customer base and fantastic customers. We are looking for someone that appreciates a family feel and being part of a close knit team.

Copeland is a single owner group that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for technicians that want to be part of a longterm family. This is one of 3 current Copeland Chevy dealerships. We work together with them to help obtain parts and diagnostic information in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate:

35 years with GM (Cadillac Buick GMC all ok)

ASEs and/or GM certifications a plus

Previous experience working flat rate

Must have own tools and a valid drivers license

What we offer:

Top notch pay flat rate starting at $30 an hour. Up to $50 for Masters.

Sign on bonus up to $2000.

We care and value you as a technician. AllPDIs and UVIs are spread through the shop. Management is involved in the day to day. We do morning meetings as a team to discuss issues.
