Tactically deliver market share revenue and unit objectives in a geographic area. Accomplish within budget process.
Identify communicate and recommend actions associated with market trends changing sales and marketing direction.
Provide support to Network Development to ensure a robust and financially viable Dealer Network.
Develop sales team to achieve results
Generates significant revenue to the business by directly influencing dealers and customers.
Serves as direct company/brand representative to dealers and customers portraying brand image. Central focus on sales generation and of sales team.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business or Industry related area or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
35 years of Managerial experience in an inside or outside sales position.
Minimum of 2 years interface or direct experience with dealerships and an understanding of dealer operations and activities
Knowledge of agricultural products and industry experience
Knowledge of finance schemes and competitive equipment
Strong financial acumen
