Your Role as a DT ECT:
- Deliver innovative and engaging lessons in Product Design Resistant Materials and Systems & Control.
- Encourage students to apply design thinking and solve problems creatively.
- Support students in the creation of their GCSE and ALevel projects.
- Work with a team of experienced DT teachers to develop curriculum resources and enhance teaching methods.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities related to Design & Technology such as tech clubs and school showcases.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified DT Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for product design and technology.
- Strong understanding of the DT curriculum and creative problemsolving skills.
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching and working with students.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
