Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to further your career with leadership responsibilities We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our thriving independent school in Stafford. As a Mathematics Teacher you will have the opportunity to teach KS3 to KS5 students and take on additional leadership responsibilities through a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR).

Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver highquality lessons in Mathematics to KS3 KS4 and KS5 students ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- TLR Duties: Lead initiatives to improve teaching practices contribute to curriculum development and support the professional development of colleagues within the department.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and pastoral support to students helping them to achieve their potential academically and personally.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other staff members to maintain the high academic standards of the school and ensure the departments continued success.
- Innovation: Use your creativity to inspire students and introduce innovative teaching strategies that foster a love for Mathematics.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications: A degree in Mathematics or a related field with QTS or PGCE.
- Experience: Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 KS4 and KS5 ideally in an independent school setting. ECTs with leadership aspirations are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership Aspirations: Proven ability to take on leadership responsibilities or a desire to develop your leadership skills within the department.
- Passion for Mathematics: A genuine passion for teaching Mathematics and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Salary:
The salary for this Mathematics Teacher with TLR position will be competitive and paid according to experience on the MPS/UPS scale with additional TLR for the leadership responsibilities.
