Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning implementing and closing projects within the organization. You will also work in a team set deadlines communicate with stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Your tasks
- Open up for new business opportunities
- Plan lead and implement projects according to set goals and timeframes
- Coordinate resources budget and schedules
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
- Risk management and problem solving during the project
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Track project costs and ensure cost control
- Documentation and reporting of project status
- Ensure that customer invoices are paid on time
- Full control over time and money in all projects
- Resource projects with the best and most efficient resources available and ensure that allocated time and deadlines are met.
- You will be measured against set KPIs
Your background
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in project management preferably in events
- Knowledge of project management methods (Agile Scrum PMP or PRINCE2 is an asset)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good analytical skills and structured working methods
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch in both spoken and written form
