Our client a leading global platform solutions and services provider is on a mission to redefine customer data management. Their Customer Master Data Management (MDM) Project is focused on creating a single source of truth for customer information ensuring accuracy consistency and seamless integration across systems.
They are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions. If you have expertise in data governance system integration and data quality management this is an opportunity to drive real impact in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Dynamics CRM Profisee and ERP systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of customer data across platforms and establish Customer Golden Records.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Enable advanced analytics and reporting by providing structured highquality data.
- Improve customer experience by ensuring a 360degree view of customer data.
- Collaborate with IT business and analytics teams to define and execute data strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and implementation.
- Strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM Profisee and ERP systems.
- Experience with data integration workflows and governance best practices.
- Deep understanding of data quality management and business data needs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for optimizing data management processes.
