Are you a passionate Health and Social Care (HSC) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in an Outstanding school This fulltime position starting in February offers the chance to teach Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students with additional pastoral responsibilities. Applications from both experienced HSC Teachers and ECTs are welcomed.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Social Care Teacher to teach across KS4 and KS5 fostering students understanding of key concepts while also supporting their personal development. The successful candidate will take on pastoral responsibilities helping to shape the wellbeing and academic journey of students and contribute to the continued success of this Outstanding school.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Provide pastoral care and guidance supporting students wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider school community.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- QTS or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students.
- A passion for supporting students academic and personal growth.
Salary & Benefits:The salary for this Health and Social Care Teacher position will be paid according to the MPS/UPS scale depending on experience.
