Job Description
An outstanding school in Essex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join their exceptional Mathematics department from ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths teacher to become part of a thriving and supportive team in a school with a strong reputation for academic success.
The successful Teacher of Maths will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach ALevel Maths at KS5. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Maths at KS3 and KS4 with the ability to teach ALevel Maths to KS5
- Plan and deliver innovative and challenging Maths lessons
- Use data and assessment to track student progress in Maths and provide targeted support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Mathematics department to share best practices
- Participate in extracurricular Maths activities and schoolwide initiatives

Requirements
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)

- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in Mathematics
- The legal right to work in the UK
