Job Description
42matches is looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) in software development on behalf of an innovative company. The company develops modern digital solutions and leverages cuttingedge technologies to provide optimal user experiences for its customers.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers
- Ensure longterm technical health scalability and maintainability of software solutions
- Implement engineering best practices and ensure technical integrity
- Foster the development and growth of team members
- Identify and remove blockers while resolving conflicts within the team
- Support the Product Manager in creating estimating and executing Epics and User Stories
- Monthly team meetings in person
Requirements
Your Profile
- 2 years of experience leading a team of at least three software engineers
- Experience in developing and maintaining productionready software solutions
- Strong proficiency in Angular
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide and receive direct feedback with empathy
- Fluency in English (company language); German is a nicetohave
