Job Description
As a member of the Global MDM BPO team this position is responsible for contributing to the project by coordinating following tasks with the support of the Global MDM BPO Deputy:
- Understanding and presenting the MDM Core model & processes to local teams
- Identifying Brazil specific business requirements vs the MDM Core model
- Assessing & Formalizing local gaps in process / data model vs the MDM Core model
- Designing & validating specific Target process & solution with local business & project team. The Target process being specific to Brazil (Cervello as entry point)
- Writing functional specifications
- Ensure coordination between local and core teams during definition gathering cleansing and loading of master data (quality controls cleansing KPIs)
- Leading MDM UAT tests in collaboration with the key users the project team (global & local stakeholders)
- Following up on potential risks & issues
- Coordinating change management activities & support Brazil MDM SBS reorganization (the systems used by Santos MDM SBS will change)
- Ensure training & adoption of target processes and tools by local teams (training communication etc).
- Leading the MDM process activation
- Leading hypercare activities (adoption & incident monitoring additional requirements review)
- Maintain documentation for Brazil MDM SBS (Processes & user guides)
Qualifications :
- Master Data experience (processes model control framework governance) across business applications (with strong focus on SAP) & other integration tools
- Experience in IT projects: functional endtoend process / organization / methodology design & deployment project management and integration with other projects
- Expertise of underlying system architecture IT tools and IT implications
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problemsolving environment.
