Visas Global Policy team is at the forefront of shaping the future of digital payments. As Senior Manager Strategic Policy Initiatives Global Policy you will play a pivotal role in driving highimpact events partnerships and strategic initiatives that advance Visas policy and business priorities.
Reporting to the Senior Director Strategic Policy Initiatives you will work closely with Global Policy team members regional Global Government Engagement teams and crossfunctional business units (e.g. Communications Legal Product Technology).
The ideal candidate thrives in fastpaced matrixed environments excels at program management and strategic and has a proven track record of leading highprofile policy events and strategic partnerships. Exceptional judgment executive communication skills and a growth mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD or 11 years of work experience without a degree.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with Csuite executives and senior government leaders
Event Strategy & Operations Expertise Proven experience leading highprofile policy events preferably IMF and World Bank Annual & Spring Meetings or similar global engagements.
Strategic Partnerships Leadership Strong track record of managing partnerships between private sector think tanks and global policy organizations.
Consultant & Stakeholder Management Experience working with or managing external advisors fellows or consultants.
Executive Communication & Influence Exceptional intercultural interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear concise messaging for Csuite executives and policymakers.
High Judgment & ProblemSolving Skills Ability to distill signal from noise prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions in fastmoving environments.
Project & Program Management Excellence Strong ability to orchestrate complex global initiatives manage competing priorities and align crossfunctional stakeholders.
Systems Thinking & RootCause Analysis Proactively identify root causes of challenges and implement scalable solutions. Proactively scan the environment and connect the dots across various levels. Ability to seamlessly transition from a highlevel strategic perspective to handson tactical .

Preferred Qualifications:
8 years of professional experience ideally in government affairs public policy or strategic partnerships within the private sector.
Strong understanding of payments financial technology and emerging regulatory trends.
Experience working in a matrixed global organization with diverse crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with Visas business strategy and product offerings.
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143200 to 230900 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
