You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailStores Executive is responsible for overseeing inventory management store operations and distribution processes to ensure smooth efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating with other departments maintaining accurate records managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage reordering processes based on demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements returns and damages.
2. Store Operations:
Oversee daily store activities including receiving storing picking and dispatching of goods.
Ensure that goods are properly labeled sorted and stored in designated area.
Optimize space utilization and store layout for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness order and safety within the facility.
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
3. Quality and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all store and delivery activities comply with company policies safety protocols and industry standards.
Regularly inspect the facility for compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and oversee proper handling procedures to prevent product damage or loss.
Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels goods received and dispatched and inventory adjustments.
Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on inventory and delivery activities for management review.
Handle different internal and external audits as and when is necessary.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in logistics supply chain management and make recommendations for improvements based on best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including procurement sales brand and production along with supplier vendors to align storage and delivery processes with overall business objectives.
Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
