Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team and support a product transformation project in the automotive sector. In this role you will be responsible for coaching teams leaders and stakeholders in Agile methodologies fostering a culture of collaboration and driving Agile maturity across the organization. You will work closely with product teams Scrum Masters and leadership to enhance Agile adoption and optimize delivery processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Coach teams Scrum Masters and leadership on Agile principles frameworks (Scrum SAFe Kanban) and best practices
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and address organizational challenges in Agile adoption
  • Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and adaptability
  • Monitor Agile metrics and provide insights for process improvements
  • Act as a mentor for Agile practitioners helping them grow in their roles

Qualifications :

  • 6 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS)
  • Experience in product transformation projects
  • Proven track record in coaching teams and leadership at different levels
  • Ability to manage resistance to change and foster Agile mindset adoption
  • Strong facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in largescale enterprise environments
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
