Job Description

Duration: 1224 months

Working hours: 20h/week 37.5h/week during lecture free period

The focus of your engagement will be learning & leadership development.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Working together with functional experts for the continuous development and improvement of learning solutions and leadership programs
  • Supporting the team on big scale implementation of concepts learning solutions and leadership programs
  • Supporting organization and coordination of international talent development programs events and workshops including design of engaging training blocks communication with trainers and participants booking of venue and accommodation etc.
  • Collaborating with the teams across METRO countries to create a seamless learning experience for the participants
  • Applying creative thinking to support internal marketing of our offer through innovative and targeted communication strategies in close cooperation with Employer Branding team
  • Managing training data in the Learning Management System ensuring accurate reporting

Qualifications :

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program for a period of at least one year in the field of business with HR major educational sciences pedagogy psychology Human Resources People & Culture or similar
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You love teamwork open communication style and hospitality
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with general economic understanding
  • You have Excellent MS Office skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
