Job Description
- Booking and dispatching freight
- Entering customer loads into the system
- Finding approved partner carriers for pickup and deliveries of freight
- Negotiating rates with approved partner carriers
- Troubleshoot inbound freight clearing issues
- Track and trace broker orders as needed
- Update internal and external stakeholders with current ETAs
- Accurately set up and update load confirmations when received
Qualifications :
- 2 Years experience Dispatching in the Transportation industry
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment
- Detailed orientated
- Intermodal transport experience would be an asset
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite)
