Are you a natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing teams As a Telecare District Manager youll play a key role in delivering highquality Telecare products and services across Canterbury. Youll ensure smooth operations consistent service and great customer experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring and coaching Telecare Field Representatives to achieve their goals and drive business growth.
  • Overseeing and improving Telecare products including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Stepping in when needed to support the team in the Field Representative role.
  • Working closely with the wider Telecare Team to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Partnering with Health Care Relationship Managers to create positive outcomes for customers.
  • Delivering topnotch customer service handling any concerns with professionalism and care.

This is a permanent fulltime position Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm). Youll also be part of the District Manager oncall roster (approximately once every eight weekends with an oncall allowance).

The Telecare Field Representatives are predominantly based throughout Canterbury with one each being based in Hokitika and Westport so travel is required to ensure infield training and coaching as well as our infrequent leadership hui which are held anywhere in the motu.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to plan prioritise and manage operational activities effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to ensure service excellence.
  • Full NZ driver licence.
