Job Description
As Regional Manager youll be the driving force behind your stores success. Your role goes beyond management youll lead inspire and empower your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences achieve sales targets boost performance and drive innovation in the retail space. In this role you will;

Qualifications :
We need a visionary leader who is passionate about retail and understands what it takes to lead multiple teams to success. Our wish list for this role is;
- Retail management experience (consumer electronics or a similar industry preferred)
- Strong leadership & motivation skills You know how to bring out the best in your people
- Strategic thinker & datadriven decisionmaker You turn insights into action
- Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence
- Financial acumen Budgeting P&L management and smart decisionmaking
- A solid health and safety focus putting your people first.

- Techsavvy Proficient in retail management software & Microsoft Office
As a Regional Manager youll need to be willing to travel regularly within the Wellington region and be flexible with your schedule including occasional weekends and holidays.
