Job Description
Rx Help Centers seeks a FullTime / PartTime IT Specialist.
IT support will be responsible for issues related to day to day operations of internal systems helpdesk tickets set up and maintenance of new PCs as needed collaboration between departments when regarding technical issues etc.
Other responsibilities as warranted by operation staff.
IT specialist will report directly to the V.P. of Operations.
Full Time (Monday Friday 9:00am5:30pm)
Part Time (Monday Wednesday and Friday 9:00am 5:30pm)
Federal Holidays off

Qualifications :
Qualified Applicants Must:
Proficient with PCs in general maintenance AV scheduling schedule updates etc. to optimize up time.
Wellversed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) as well as other cloud based tools.
Strong communication skills within an office environment; be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Must have Help Desk experience or verifiable small to mid size IT experience required.
Ability and willingness to go above and beyond providing quick and accurate solutions.
Attention to detail is a MUST.
