Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager IT to drive the delivery management and support of IT solutions and services for our international offices. This role will focus on enhancing the digital enduser experience while ensuring seamless IT service delivery and support for critical business functions including but not limited to Commercial Marketing Medical Affairs and G&A operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership technical expertise and operational excellence to establish a robust digital workplace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT onboarding & offboarding processes for international employees and nonemployees.
- Conduct IT user experience improvement training.
- Manage IT vendors contracts and budget including forecasting.
- Proactively manage International IT infrastructure and end user support including hardware software provisioning and troubleshooting end user issues.
- Support collaboration and content management requests and tools.
- Partner with Global IT Business Partner for commercial and TechOps to deliver business aligned IT solutions.
- Expected travel: 10
- Onsite expectations: 3 days per week
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 8 years of related experience
- Proven experience in IT solution delivery infrastructure management and shared services in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing global teams and driving IT transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in vendor management contract negotiation and IT financial management.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems data integration and digital workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of International Commercial pharmaceutical operations.
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure and service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Proficiency in aligning IT strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
